International Participant

At the time of registration, you will receive a Unique Participation ID in your email and the information for log in.
Payment will be only via TT transfer to bank.
All fees must be paid in FULL to the organizer.
We provide only one method of payment:

Wire transfer to Bank Account

• For Wire transfer payment, Please find the invoice and Bank details at the payment menu that can be accessed after log in.
• Bank charges or any exchange difference will be borne by the participants.
• Please write your full name and participation ID in the transfer form so we are able to identify the participant’s payment.
• Wire transfer will be approved manually, if your status still unpaid after 7 days, please contact us at psaphotogathering@gmail.com

For Sri Lankan Participants or Sri Lanka Residence Visa holders, payment will be in Sri Lanka Rupees using Bank Transfer. Please find the invoice at the payment menu that can be accessed after log in.

TRIP INCLUSIONS

  1. Airport Pick Up at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) on 7th February 2025
  2. Airport Drop off at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) on 14th February 2025
  3. Welcome Kits
  4. Transportation by comfortable air-conditioned busses / coaches on all days of photo gathering locations. The safari / game drive at Hurulu Eco Park will be either by minibus / jeep / pickup.
  5. Full Photo Tours including traditional models, entrance fees, travel guides and special access to the Navam Perehera in Colombo
  6. Accommodation in International Standard Hotels , 3 star , 4 stars or 5 stars Hotels depending on the location
  7. All meals starting 8th February 2025 until 13th February 2025, and breakfast on14th February 2025 are included. Please note that no meals are included on 7th February 2025.
  8. Welcome dinner and Gala dinner
  9. Bottled water (2 bottles each day) and snacks (as needed) during the program duration
  10. All taxes and services charges currently applicable by the government for the above expenses
